Dear Craig and Shelly

 I still remember the first time we met in 2003, and smiled as our daughters were both named Emily.  Your wedding photos are so lovely, and your Emily is quite beautiful.

 We are preparing for our conference next weekend and I want you to know how much I personally appreciate your commitment and love you offer those patients and families in a time of need.  Looking back, I still remember your inspirational calls Shelly that brought me light when there was no sun in my days.

 Your fundraising efforts to ensure grant money can fund and find a cure has been seen by so many folks – all in need of hope and to believe a cure is possible.

 Please know how much I respect and admire you and your work.
