PA's and Personalties
Wow, Randy's note does trigger memories of the numerous "personalties" from back in the day! Let's see...without getting too personal here, some of the more memorable from those days included: my first office partner (you know who I mean, you "stupid idiots"); our energy czar (czar-ess?); Lanny (I still question that 100 yard chip shot into the hole even 25 years later); the short, red-haired superintendent that I hit with my raquetball raquet (sorry Bob); the very large, jovial superintendent who "left the company" one day (hey, where's my stapler??); and then there was that group of young engineers that used to waste time playing that chalkboard-eraser balancing game (no names here, but their initials were Narsh, Terrace, Pearson and Pigula -- Craig was a supervisor by then); and those maintenance guys who actually thought they could beat us TSD guys in softball (sorry Greg K., I couldn't let that one go unmentioned). This message will be meaningless to most readers but those who were there will remember (and maybe even get a chuckle -- as I did writing it!). Yes, Randy, I was a PA also -- which is probably why I ended up as a lawyer. All that technical stuff required too much thought! Good times back in those days, and I think of them often. My dad is 89 and most of his memories have slipped away from him. I think about my good memories all the time. We all should. Thanks for adding to them Craig.
