Craig's liver is still sick.  His bilirubin did not improve at all over the past week, it is still at a 6.4.  His appetite is at a 1.  He is getting upset with me asking him to eat so I need to back off, but it is hard when you see him wasting away to nothing.  We did go to the ear doctor today.  He does have significant  hearing loss in his left ear.  He also is going to get a CT of his sinuses because he has a horrible cough from constant drainage.  He seems a bit weaker, but I think that is from not eating.

Some of my friends surprised my mom for her birthday with a party at a coffeehouse.  She was VERY surprised!!  They bought her dinner, gift cards to Borders Books (she loves to read), a book, note cards, stamps, etc.  I think my friends will miss her.  I know she will miss them!!

Gerry's surgery went well and he is out of the ICU.  Thanks for your prayers
