Our best wishes and prayers are with you on a successful surgery Friday.   It will be great to have this behind you.  We'll be watching for updates during the day.

Shelly, if you need to burn three minutes while waiting, I've attached a short video slide show of Alec's fall baseball tournament championship games from last Saturday / Sunday.  Alec's team won the championship of the Chesterfield Fall League 8/under division.  Alec is  the only player with black wristbands and the only player with a cage on his batting helmet, but he's not the only player sporting a Livestrong wristband.  Have the volume on.

And also Shelly, when you talk to your sister Linda make sure and ask her who the funniest person she knows is - cuz it's me!!  She forgot her password for the blog and I had to reset it for her tonight.  Make sure to ask her what it is now.  How fun it is to be king of the blog.
