Volunteers & Tickets


Volunteers Needed for Quartermania:

Accountants/Cashiers - 2 people for 1 hour at a time starting at 4:45 pm (unless anyone wants to do it longer)
Runners for Items - 2 people for 1 hour at a time starting at 6:00 pm
Pot of Gold Ticket Sellers - 2 people for 1 hour at a time starting at 6:00pm (unless anyone wants to do it longer)
Food Table - 1 or 2 people to keep up with the food (starting at 4:45 pm)
Money Collectors - 3 people for 1 hour at a time starting at 6:00pm (unless they want to do it longer)
Giveaway Table - 1 person to keep it restocked through the evening
Photographer - someone to record the event

Tickets:
Do you have tickets that people are not going to be use?  The event is sold out and we have a waiting list.  Please contact Amie.
