First the update.  Thankfully, all is running pretty smooth right now with Craig.  We have the TPN and antibiotics down to a science.  We traveled to my nieces' wedding this weekend.  Craig was getting TPN on the plane and hooking up his antibiotic either on the plane or while we were waiting to get on the plane to come home!! The wedding was beautiful and I was sooo grateful to be there.  For those who don't know my dad had fallen on Wed. and was in the hospital....great friends stepped in AGAIN and made me feel comfortable enough to go.  He is fine and is back as Sunrise.  Thank you, thank you, thank you!!  I was not sure if I should leave him or not, but they made sure my mom was well taken care of and saw my dad everyday.   Angels...you bet.

My niece Katie is getting married next in Lake Tahoe.  Sept. 8....so I was able to get to her Surprise shower.  She was very surprised and it was great to be able to be at a family shower.  I have not been to one in years.  It was a great weekend and I was so happy to be with my family....I needed it.

Now I am looking forward to Quartermania!  We have so many nice gifts and a lot of food too.  It will be nice to see you all there.  We have over 100 items donated.  It will be a fast and fun night, not much down time!!

Blog master, thanks for the blog facts.  WOW is right.  I have gone back and read some of the earlier blogs when I think things are tough.  It reminds me how far we have come and how blessed we are.  This blog has been one of the things that has kept me sane.  You all have put up with  misspelled words, ramblings and very poor sentence structure.  But, this blog has been a life line for me than once.  All of you who read it and those who read it and write back are all very special people in our lives.  You pray for us, hurt with us and laugh with us.  This blog is a story of a family.  Not just ours, but yours too.  Thanks for all you have done in getting us through this last year.  I hope this year is much smoother and healthier.  I will keep blogging as long as you keep reading and blogging back.  Thanks for the memories..............BELIEVING....Shelly
