Picture This!
I saw this coming to work today, and I'm not technologically skilled enough (or coordinated enough) to take a picture with my cell phone while I'm driving (I guess I probably shouldn't have even thought of that possibility, but I did). This picture would have been priceless. So I'll try to do it justice (in less 1,000 words).
Of course, it's a redneck picture--I told you they find me!! Picture an old, rusty, dirty pick up truck--I don't know makes or models--but it was very squared off, kind of like a very old Rambler (don't ask me how I know that make). It was two tone and and had a homemade wood slatted extension about 3 feet high so that the truck bed could hold mulch. It was covered with a tarp. Then behind it, was a homemade trailer (done very well, I might add). The trailer was made from the same kind of old truck and it was two tone, but a different two tone (remember, it's a redneck picture and they have standards they have to meet in order to qualify!). The cab of the truck had been cut off and the bed of the truck was made into the trailer. It had landscaping equipment on it, and there was a very nice landscaping sign on the wood slatted extension.
The very best part of the whole thing, though, was the owner's intelligent sense of humor. Along the bottom of the slatted extension were two signs. One said: Wood chips for sale. The second one said: Not made in China.
I love it.
Have a great weekend.
