Well I know that everyone has been trying to figure out ways to raise money for the grant that will be in Craig's name, so Mary Ann and I thought of an idea. (For those that have no clue who we are, we both work for Craig..ha) We want to hold a quartermania to raise money for the grant.  First to explain the concept of quartermania..you get a bunch of items donated to the cause.  Then you lay the items on a table and mark what the bid will be (between 1-4 quarters).  Once it starts, the person at the front will hold up an item and say the bid is 2 quarters.  Everyone that wants a chance to win this will put 2 quarters in a cup and hold up a number that they are given.  The caller will then draw a number (chip or bingo ball or something).  If it is your number then you get the prize.  You don't have to bid on all the items but you can if you want.  All the proceeds will go to the grant.  We are working on getting items such as baseball tickets, home interior, sporting goods, etc.  We want this to be for men and women.  It is a neat way to raise money and for everyone to win prizes.  We are planning to do this on Saturday August 4.
