The easy way would have been for me to show up at your celebration today at the plant, but I was tied up with my regulatory visitors.  So, my apologies for not making it, and HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!    The afternoon with them was successful but stressful, as evidenced by my meltdown here in Wayne's office after the visit was concluded.
