Randy,

The recipe sounded delicious, except Craig can't have the spinach so I went to the website.  Since when do you speak or read Italian??  I could not find a recipe in English.  However, if you could translate a good recipe without veggies in it (onions are ok).  Like a cheese soup or beer cheese or something along those lines would be great.
