Hi again.  If you go to the very, very top right-hand corner of the page, you'll see the "ENGLISH" icon.  Geez...no spinach???  Wow...I figured this would be good for Craig...but after everything he's been through, I guess I can completely understand.  I'll call Craig up at work and get his input on his new diet's "do-and-don'ts".   About 3 months ago, I already had a peanut butter discussion with Craig...and I do have several recipes with PB too (creamy, not crunchy)!!!   A hidden agenda of Craig's Army has been, is now, and always will be to "plump" up Craig into a very handsome (on-going that is) rotund figure.  Ya know...I remember numerous bar nights with Craig that we both could read Italian, Greek, Polish, and Hieroglyphics!!
