Raisinettes and the Mud Bowl

Hi to the Kozicki's and Craig's Army.  Didn't anticipate I'd embark on a journey in the opposite direction of St.Louis, but things happen for a reason I guess.  I don't look at changed events as missed opportunities...I looked at changed events as future happy potential endeavors!  I'm going shortly and looks like I'll be back next week.

Shelly/Craig...I sent you 2 "care" packages via UPS last night for the family & bloggers.  In my haste, I realize I forgot some items.  There's so many people that did so much...so via the UPS stuff, can't forget people like Yvonne, Renee, Linda S, Pam, Deb R, and I'm still probably missing more.

As for baseball, I believe Rogers had Nestle Raisinette's chocolate on his palm.  Isn't this the area where all food products settle? :>.  I'll say this, 3 pretty boring games so far.  I'm a hitters guy, not a pitchers guy.  Funny, but all I'm hoping for in the St.Louis games is a 2-1 split for the blog party, so all you bloggers can watch Game 6 at Craig's.  I'm probably going to miss this game.

I called Craig up yesterday morning about 9:00am.  Know what I heard in the background???  Clanking of dishes!!  Cleaning & putting away and such!!  He tried to be quiet cause Shelly was still sleeping!!  What does this tell you???  Also, my heart sunk to new levels when I heard Shelly went to the hospital.  So I'll rePEAT what I said during the first week of August...Control ONLY what you can control...and don't worry or stress out about the rest.  Also, everyone hug Emily at the party.  What I wouldn't have done to see Emily's first smile at Homecoming when Craig first showed up (or his either).  Priceless!!!

Almost done.  Based on my past blog about "Bloody Pirates" during my Treetops Golf Outing...here's a joke I received right after that trip.  Coincidence...I think not!!

One day a pirate walks into a bar with a steering wheel hanging out of his pants. He goes up to the bartender and says, "Yar, Give me something to drink." While the bartender is pouring the drink, he looks at the pirate and notices the steering wheel. "Hey buddy, you know you have a steering wheel hanging out of your pants?" The pirate looks at the bartender and says, "Yar, and it's driving me nuts!"

Lastly Craig, Pigula let me scan this picture for you.  He had it on his office wall for years.  Faces look familiar???  It's the infamous 1986-ish Turkey Day Mud Bowl.  The faces are Gress, Norkus, Hannah, Kurdys, Terrace, Pigula, a dude from CED, Meach, Smith, DeBuck, Cape...and of course...YOU).  L&T's...Peat & Crew.
