PS Peat--synergy is really growing. You mentioned Zingerman's! Last night, while I was riveted to the game, I was also going through the growing stack of gift catalogs that show up in my mailbox ten at a time these days (that's what happens when you do all your Christmas shopping online!). Anyway, I saw one that I had never gotten before and it was Zingerman's!!! This is getting really scary, this synergism. The food all looked great, so I'm looking forward to having some at the HGP (Hootenanny Glob Party).
