Craig -- just take it slow, remember Ensure does not in any way resemble one of those brews that Randy and his crew tossed back with impunity while on their golf outing (we missed you, by the way, Randy--glad you're back).

Shelly -- keep up the great nursing and Ensure that Craig does all he's supposed to do--and at the speed he's supposed to do it.
